Paramount Subdivision
Meridian, Idaho
Paramount is located in Meridian, just south of Eagle's Foxtail Golf Course. To get to Paramount, take the Meridian (Main St) exit of the I-84 and take Meridian Rd north to Chinden Blvd. Make a left on Chinden, and a left into Paramount on Fox Run Way.
Two Rivers Subdivision
Eagle, Idaho
Two Rivers is located in the prestigious Eagle Island between the two forks of the Boise River. You can find Two Rivers by taking the Eagle exit from the I-84 and traveling north to Chinden. Pass Banbury Golf Club on the left, then make either a left or a right into Two Rivers at Island Woods Dr.
Spurwing Subdivision
Meridian, Idaho
Spurwing is located on the Spurwing Country Club in North Meridian, just west of Eagle Island. To get to Spurwing, take the Meridian (Main St) exit off the I-84 and go north to Franklin. Make a left, then a right on Ten Mile and go north to Chinden. Make a right on Chinden and a left into Spurwing on Spurwing Way.
Banbury and Banbury Meadows Subdivisions
Eagle, Idaho
Banbury and Banbury Meadows are located in upscale Eagle Idaho just south of Eagle Island. Banbury is just south of Banbury Meadows, which is part of Banbury Golf Club. Many of the Banbury Meadows homes on the north side of the development have scenic river view lots on the Boise River.
To get to these luxurious communities, take the Eagle exit off the I-84 and go north. For Banbury, make a left on Chinden and a right on Whitepost Way. For Banbury Meadows, pass Chinden and make a left on Oakhampton Dr.
Autumn Faire Subdivision
Meridian, Idaho
Autumn Faire is located in Meridian within walking distance of Lakeview Golf Club. To get to Autumn Faire, take the Meridian (Main St.) exit and go north to Franklin Rd. Make a left, then a right on Ten Mile, a left on Cherry Lane, and a right on Black Cat. From there, make your first left into Autumn Faire at W Charles St.
Kensington Place Subdivision
Nampa, Idaho
Kensington Place is located in Nampa Idaho, north of the I-84 Freeway. Take the Garrity Blvd (Can Ada Rd) exit and go north to Birth Ln and make a left to get to Kensington.
Kensington is next to Ridgecrest Golf Club, and has convenient access to Wal-Mart, restaurants, Optimist Park, and the freeway.
Bridgetower Subdivision
Meridian, Idaho
Bridgetower Subdivision is located in Meridian, Idaho, north of the I-84 Freeway. To get to Bridgetower, take the Meridian (Main St.) exit, go north to Franklin Rd and make a left. Then turn right on Linder Rd.
Bridgetower is bounded to the north and south by Ustick and Cherry Lane, and to the east and west by Linder Rd and Ten Mile Rd.
Ashford Greens Subdivision
Meridian, Idaho
Ashford Greens Subdivision is a beautiful golf community located in Meridian, Idaho. It is north of the 84 Freeway bounded by Ten Mile and Black Cat to the east and west, and Ustick and Cherry Lane to the north and south. Just take the Meridian (Main St.) exit, go north to Cherry Lane and make a left, then turn right into Ashford Greens immediately after Ten Mile Rd.
Ashford Greens homes are right on the golf course of Lake View Golf Club. The community is minutes away from Ridgecrest Golf Club and Centennial Golf Course and Spurwing Country Club, and a short distance from Meridian's vibrant downtown for shopping and restaurants.
Brandt's Landing Subdivision
Nampa, Idaho
Brandt's Landing Subdivision is located in North Nampa, Idaho. It is north of the 84 Freeway near Centennial Golf Course and Ridgecrest Golf Club. It is also a short distance to Broadmore Country Club on Northside Blvd. (formerly Nampa Blvd.).
You can get to Brandt's Landing by taking the Franklin Blvd. exit from the 84. Go north just past Birch Lane and make a left into the Brand's Landing subdivision on Waterfowl Ave.
Colter Bay Subdivision
Colter Bay Subdivision is located in North Nampa, Idaho. It is north of the 84 Freeway near Centennial Golf Course and Ridgecrest Golf Club. It is also a short distance to Broadmore Country Club on Northside Blvd. (formerly Nampa Blvd.).
You can get to Colter Bay by taking the Franklin Blvd. exit from the 84. Go north just past Cherry Lane and make a left into the Colter Bay Subdivision on E Colter Bay Dr.
