Ed began his real estate career in 1973. He was attending Brigham Young University at the time and needed some way of supporting his family through college.  Following college, Ed lived mostly in Idaho, however he did live in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  Most currently he practices in the Boise-Nampa area.

Ed has a broad span of experience including owning his own brokerage; building his own home, developing his own subdivision, designing investment plans, marketing small $5,000 mobile homes to $13 million estates.  He experienced the real estate recession of 79 thru 82 when interest rates got up to 18% on 30-year mortgages. 

Ed has held real estate licenses in Utah, Wyoming and Montana; besides Idaho.  He earned his designation as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Associate Broker.  He served as president of his association in 2007 and voted by his peers as REALTOR® of the Year.

His passion is real estate and his family.  Married to Megan they operate Idaho Real Estate together to serve out that passion by bettering their clients’ financial position through good real estate ownership.  Megan is an accomplished nutritional therapist having assisted hundreds with their health issue through proper nutrition and digestive remedies.

Joined by their daughter Melanie who manages the office and is a buyer’s agent and son Chris who is the IT/web expert; Ed and Megan have assembled a good team for assisting their clients’ needs on a high, professional level.
